Publication Guidelines

Manuscripts that do not follow the journal’s submission guidelines are rejected without peer review. Only papers meeting the required format, scope, and relevance are considered.

All submissions first undergo an editorial screening. Suitable manuscripts are then sent to experts through a double-blind peer review, where author and reviewer identities remain confidential.
Review decisions and comments are shared via email within 2–5 working days.

Author Ethics

The journal accepts manuscripts that are:

• Original and unpublished
• Not under review elsewhere
• Approved by all listed authors

Submissions must not contain illegal, unethical, or defamatory material, or violate any rights. Submission confirms author responsibility and consent.

All personal and submission-related information is kept strictly confidential and used only for editorial and publication purposes.

License & Copyright

By submitting a manuscript, authors confirm that:

• All co-authors have approved the submission
• The work has not been published elsewhere (except abstracts, theses, or academic presentations)
• Necessary permissions for third-party content are obtained

Authors retain full copyright and may share their work non-exclusively with proper acknowledgment. Online sharing is encouraged to improve visibility and citations.

• Times New Roman, 12 pt
• Single-column layout
• File formats: .doc, .docx, .odt
• Tables, figures, graphs, and references allowed
• Length appropriate to the subject
